The Digital Skills team is made up of a group of digital recruitment specialists, all with their own track record in sourcing and placing digitally talented individuals within niche and elite technical roles.

Our offices are located directly opposite Maidenhead train station, in the heart of the Thames Valley – otherwise known as the UKs ‘Silicon Valley’. The central location makes it easy for candidates across the M4 corridor to come to us for interviews and as well as for London-based clients to drop in for meetings.

Henry Willsher, Technical Account Management

Henry is a committed professional with a fascination of all thing technological. He is passionate about matching great candidates with great roles. Henry has 15 years technical account management experience and specialises in providing solutions to high profile clients within the public sector. He has a deep knowledge in automation engineering. A keen reader, Henry avidly reads about history as well as keeping a firm grasp on the latest trends in technology.

Gemma O'Neil, Digital and Technical Recruiting

Gemma is an astute, ambitious and tenacious recruiter with first class communication skills and a proven record of building relationships with clients and candidates. Gemma has over 9 years’ experience with digital and technical recruitment, initially focusing on marketing technology, insight and analytics. Gemma has developed into a highly skilled account manager for a number of international clients. Gemma has a beautiful three-year old son who is her motivation for life – him and her goal to have at least two snowboarding holidays a year.

Darren Wilson, Digital and Technical Recruiting

Darren has worked within recruitment for the last 7 years. He started his career in eCommerce platforms (Oracle Commerce and Hybris) before moving on to cloud and data. He has worked closely alongside numerous well-known retailers and system integrators. Darren has recently become a father to a beautiful baby boy and when he isn’t spending time with his family, he can be found on the local golf course.

Mike Cheeseman, Digital and Technical Recruiting

Mike has worked in technology and business change for over 17 years, working across public and private sectors. Mike has seen the good, the bad and the downright awful that recruitment can throw up; that is why he is passionate about implementing best practice and for building long lasting and sustainable relationships with both clients and candidates. Mike has placed numerous candidates on multiple assignments, some even over a decade apart, but his strength is to care about the outcome and make sure that relationships endure. Mike is a keen footballer and always trying to keep fit and a family man who lives in Berkshire with his amazing wife and two wonderful children.

Brandon Smith, Consultant

A South African fresh off the plane here to explore what the UK has to offer and to learn and develop within Digital Recruitment. I relocated to the UK  after graduating from university with an Honours Degree in supply chain management and am currently studying for my masters, alongside work. Digital Skills offered me the chance to work in a fast paced environment where I can learn more about Digital by talking to the best digital talent in the UK.

Sunny Kaur - Business Development Manager

Sunny has a wealth of experience in sales and in account management; she has worked in Finance, Hospitality, Legal and Business Intelligence.  Sunny is responsible for helping to grow and develop relationships with clients, focusing on building lasting relationships and ensuring that our services match the needs and demands of our clients. Sunny is a busy mum and loves to work hard and relax, spending time with her family.

Ben Campbell-Smith - Consultant

Ben comes from a Human Resource background and has a deep understanding of the challenges that businesses face in both recruiting and retaining talent.  Having worked in HR for many years, Ben knows the challenges that internal stakeholders face on a daily basis and will be able to use that experience to provide a fantastic 360 degree service to both clients and candidates alike.

Ben is a keen musician and when he is not working hard, uncovering the best Digital talent, he is often found at gigs and festivals or making music of his own.
