MIKE CHEESEMAN

Mike is the founder and managing director of Digital Skills. With a degree in government and politics and an extensive background in digital and business transformation recruitment and consulting he has a solid understanding of the digital landscape – and how it applies to the economic and commercial environment. Mike is renowned among his clients for bringing absolute clarity to even the most complex of initiatives.

DARREN WILSON

As fellow director of Digital Skills, Darren oversees the resourcing side of the business. His background in eCommerce, cloud and data platforms as well as software integration means he can consult on best practice solutions, draft from a wide variety of successful implementations. Darren works with some of the most experienced and specialised individuals in the digital service industry.

HENRY WILLSHER

Henry Willsher, senior resource manager: Henry is a tech enthusiast who has fifteen years technical account management and sales experience. He specialises in providing resourcing solutions to high profile clients within the private and public sector; dedicating his time to matching great candidates with great roles - and at the same time enhancing candidates' lives. Henry is Digital Skills’ resident book worm and reads everything from historical non-fiction to science fiction - and anything in between.
